1. Who is responsible

2. Request form and messages

When you send a request or write to me, I process your name, contact details (email, Telegram or phone) and your message to reply and prepare an offer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract).

Requests from the form reach me via Telegram (Telegram Messenger). I keep them for up to 12 months after our last contact; if we sign a contract, as long as the law requires.

“I want a site” chat: your messages are processed by the Google Gemini API (Google) so the assistant can reply. The conversation, together with your name and contact, reaches me via Telegram and is kept like requests. The chat history itself is stored only in your browser (localStorage) until you delete it.

3. Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you open the site, technical data such as your IP address and the time of the request are processed to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working site). Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Fonts

Fonts are hosted on our own server. No data is sent to Google or other third parties when they load.

5. Cookies and Meta Pixel

Only with your consent: Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), used to measure advertising. Without consent nothing is loaded. You can give or withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
